Jaaziel Bournes

Centrist • Public Figure • Advocate for Reform

"I prefer everyone’s views be respected, but I hope to maneuver them toward centrist, center‑right, or conservative positions. I reject political violence and focus on finding common ground."

The Five-Point Mission

  • Heal the 'Church Hurt' by promoting genuine compassion and accountability within religious institutions.
  • Unify the world into a place where differences are respected, fostering global civic understanding.
  • Revolutionize Christianity: Teach the foundation of Faith, Reason, Apologetics, History, and Science, rejecting man-made doctrines.
  • Re-enforce good treatment of women, ensuring they are valued and respected in all spheres of life, emphasizing that his future wife (one day) should be treated like a pretty pretty princess.
  • Put an end to Black on Black, Black on White, and White on Black racism through unified anti-extremist action and community dialogue.

A Foundation of Faith and Reason

Early Life & Apologetics

Born and raised in Georgetown, Delaware, Jaaziel developed an early passion for both entrepreneurship and intellectual debate. He is best described as a Charismatic Evangelical Baptist with Reformed Baptist roots. As a Christian Apologist, he intentionally integrates faith with scientific understanding, accepting the Big Bang theory while defending his theology rationally.

High School Advocacy & Intimidation

During his campaign for SGA, Bournes experienced significant political intimidation and systemic bias. He endured death threats, including being told he would be "shot like Charlie Kirk," and was mocked with the phrase "get down Mr. President" again—by the same peer. Despite reporting these incidents multiple times to administration, there was a perceived lack of meaningful action. Furthermore, his campaign flyers were denied approval after countless emails, while those of white students and others were approved, and his campaign materials were vandalized. These events reinforced his commitment to anti-racism—condemning it from all races—and his insistence on rejecting political violence entirely, fueling his advocacy for civic responsibility and respectful debate.

Defining the Centrist Stance

The Bridge Builder

Bournes operates firmly as a Centrist with Center-Right leanings, promoting dialogue over division. He advocates for cultural unity, strong nationalist principles (stressing civic duty), and anti-racism from all perspectives, affirming the principle of "All Lives Matter." He views all content creation and business ventures as explicitly separate from his political work to maintain objective engagement.

Revolutionizing Faith: Apologetics & Reason

A call to move beyond mere doctrine and tradition. The future of Christianity must be grounded in history, defended by reason (Apologetics), and integrated with scientific understanding. The focus shifts to a robust, intellectually honest faith.
